How to play "Where in the World"

Each month, students in grades 1-4 will "travel" to an exciting new destination by playing "Where in the World." How does this work? Well, think of Matt Lauer on the Today Show, but with musical clues! Students will be given written, musical, and picture clues in music class to help guess the location of "Where in the World." The written clues, a sound sample, and image will also be featured on the website.

Students can guess by placing their written entry, including their name and the name of the country they are guessing, in the prize drawing box in the music room at school. Several winners will be drawn at the end of each month. This is similar to "Mystery Composer" from last year!

Parents, feel free to help your child play along. It is fun for adults, too! Enjoy the discovery of new music and cultures as you play "Where in the World." Please feel free to contact me if you have questions.
