The September Mystery Composer was Johann Sebastian Bach. All students in 1st-4th grade knew the answer before entering the drawing for the 5 lucky winners. The golden recorder - that is! Each week, the class with the best singing, playing, and behavior, is awarded the golden recorder. To quote Mrs. Smits - “Game on!” These kids are the tops and competition will be tough!

The third graders have been enjoying showing steady beat by playing xylophones, metallophones, and glockenspiels (bells). Ask your 3rd grader about mail delivery in music class and about the “healthy food choice” song.
